Asia: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Swaziland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino.

Please note that in the case of some monographs we used to have an author but are currently looking for a new one, and for other monographs, we currently have invited an author, but he/she has not officially accepted the position yet.
*** The South Pacific is the area consisting of relatively small islands in Oceania, west of Australia and New Zealand. It includes the following islands: American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fed. States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Salomon Islands, Tahiti & French Polynesia, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna. Separate monographs have also been published on Fiji and Tonga. Some of these islands seem to be defined as a country, others not. The notion "South Pacific" may be closer defined by the authors for that monograph. If you should have further remarks on this, please contact us.
The Caribbean is the area consisting of relatively small islands in Central America, around Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica. It includes the following islands: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, Saba, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos, US Virgin Islands. A separate monograph on Constitutional Law Trinidad & Tobago has been published. The notion "Caribbean" may be closer defined by the authors for that monograph. If you should
