Mr. Bram Delvaux.
Bram Delvaux received his LL.B and initial LL.M. degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2001, a diplôme d'études spécialisisées(D.E.S.) in public and administrative law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2002, and an advanced LL.M. degree in Energy and Environmental Law from the K.U.Leuven in 2003. He has worked at the private office of the Federal minister for Energy, Fientje Moerman. In 2004 he was called to the Brussels Bar and worked in the energy and environmental law department of Allen & Overy Brussels' office. He is currently a research fellow at the Institute of Energy and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of the K.U.Leuven, Member of the Brussels Bar and energy counsellor at the private office of the Vice-Minister-President of the Flemish Region, Dirk Van Mechelen. His research interests include all law aspects of both energy and environmental law.
