Dear All,
For UPDATES Authors should ask KLI (via iel@kluwerlaw.com) to provide them with their original monograph(s) in word format and they should adapt their texts by using the "track changes" tool.
They should shortly enumerate any new laws, regulations, and other legislative acts which led them to the update. Authors are expected to update their monographs on a regular basis and whenever it is necessary. In any case update every 3 years is required.
In case of fundamental legal changes in the relevant field, Authors will report them to the Editors without delay.
If no changes have occurred at all, only the cover page will be modified indicating the most recent date: e.g. the monograph is updated to 1 July 2008.
